2. By ‘we’, ‘us’ in this policy, we mean ‘Channelize.io’, that is a venture of the “BigStep Technologies Pvt. Ltd.” group, because that’s who we are and we own and run this website.
The type of personal information we collect
5. We collect certain personal information about visitors and users of our website.

The most common types of information we collect include things like: member names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, billing address details, payment information such as payment agent details, transactional details, support queries, website administration information, app store account credentials, server information and web analytics data.

When you access or use our Services, we collect the commands and information your applications have communicated to your Channelize.io service, and the following for your end application users: IP address, device information, usage statistics, size of media files shared, the number of active users at an instant, end users’ friends / contacts and blocked list, messages sent or received, how those messages were routed, and whether or not the connection was successful.

8. We collect personal information directly when you provide it to us, automatically as you navigate through the website, or through other people when you use services associated with the website.
9. We collect your personal information when you provide it to us when you complete registration and buy products or services on our website, subscribe to a newsletter, email list, submit feedback, submit support ticket, enter a contest, fill out a survey, or send us a communication.
Personal information we collect about you from others
10. Although we generally collect personal information directly from you, on occasion, we also collect certain categories of personal information about you from other sources. In particular:

Social Media: We may obtain information, including personal information such as user name, user id and list of pages from social media platforms for which you have explicitly connected to the Channelize Service (e.g., information from YouTube using YouTube API Services, Facebook, or any other platform the Channelize Service connects with).

a. To fulfil an order or a contract, or take steps linked to a contract: in particular, in facilitating and processing transactions that take place on the website, like where you purchase an item from our store.

Facebook Data Deletion
If you want to delete your activities for the Channelize.io Login App, you can remove your information by following these steps:
- Go to your Facebook Account’s Setting & Privacy. Click “Settings”
- Look for “Business integrations” and search and Click “Channelize.io” in the search bar.
- Scroll and click “Remove”.
- Click on Removed Section.
- Click the view details button to the right of the Channelize.io application.
- In the window, appeared click Send Request
d. Where you give us consent:
i. providing you with marketing information about products and services which we feel may interest you; and
e. For purposes which are required by law.
f. For the purpose of responding to requests by government, a court of law, or law enforcement authorities conducting an investigation.
When we disclose your personal information
12. We will disclose personal information to the following recipients:
a. Companies and ventures that are in the “BigStep Technologies Pvt. Ltd.” group;
b. service providers who assist us in connection with the ways we use personal information (as set out above), in particular: website hosting providers; marketing and analytics services; security and fraud prevention services; payment processing services.
c. our professional advisers (lawyers, accountants, financial advisers etc.);
d. regulators and government authorities in connection with our compliance procedures and obligations;

13. We are based in India with our servers based in US so your data will be processed in India and the US. Some of the recipients we have described in section 10 above, and to whom we disclose your personal information, are based outside India in places like US. We do this on the basis of your consent to this policy. In order to protect your information, we take care where possible to work with service providers who we believe maintain an acceptable standard of data security compliance.
