Our Custom Plans, prepared based on your desired usage, give you the flexibility of the number of Shopping Shows per month, and their duration. Many customers start with our off-the-shelf plans and move to our Custom Plans as their requirements, adoption, and usage grow. Please contact us for our Custom Plans.

I am not sure which Livestreaming Commerce Pricing Plan is right for my E-commerce Store.

In this case, you may start with our lower plans and move to higher plans as your requirements and usage grow.

There is no limit to the number of Buyer Audiences in any of our Pricing Plans. We anticipate that our customers will select the appropriate Pricing Plan based on their usage. According to our Fair Usage Policy, the limitations of our Pricing Plans are listed below.

For our 3 off-the-shelf plans (Free, Basic, Standard):

  • They have a monthly limit on the number of Shopping Shows and the duration of those Shopping Shows.
  • An overage charge is incurred for each Shopping Show if the Free Max. Concurrent Audience limit is exceeded.
  • Getting overage charges for 3 consecutive Shopping Shows will necessitate an upgrade to a higher plan.

For our Custom Plans:

  • Any additional audience minutes consumed in a given month that exceed the Plan Limit will result in overage charges.
  • Exceeding plan limits for 3 consecutive months will necessitate an upgrade to a higher plan.

If you have exhausted the monthly number of Shopping Shows in your tier or want to do longer duration shows, then please upgrade to a higher tier. After your usage of free Max. Concurrent Audiences in a Shopping Show crosses the limits provided by your tier, overage pricing, as defined in your pricing plan, is applied for additional usage.

Our platform supports UNLIMITED watchers of your Live Shopping Shows. However, in our pre-defined, off-the-shelf plans, there is a limit of Free Max Concurrent Audience, and when this limit of free concurrent audiences in your plan is exceeded, an overage charge as defined in your plan will be applicable per extra concurrent live attendee.

The count of “Unique Viewers” of a Shopping Show is the Total Number of buyers who watched the show. They may not have all watched the show concurrently.

The count of “Max. Concurrent Audience” of a Shopping Show is the Peak Number of Concurrent Watches of the Shopping Show, i.e., the count of watchers when Max. number of buyers were watching the show simultaneously.

Our pre-defined, off-the-shelf pricing plans come with a capping on the number of live shopping shows & duration of each show. However, there are no such limitations on our Custom Plans. You can host any number of Shopping Shows and for any duration as per your requirement in our Custom Plans.

In our Custom Plans, after every show, audience minutes consumed in that show are deducted from the plan's quota. When the plan's quota of free audience minutes is exhausted, overage pricing of @ $0.003 is applied on additional consumption of audience minutes.

If you are on any of our off-the-shelf Plans, then for shows where you get more Simultaneous Watchers than the Free Max Concurrent Audience count of your plan, there will be an overage charge of $0.049 extra per additional live concurrent attendee.

For example, if your show had Peak Viewers of 110, and your plan has Free Max Concurrent Audience limit of 100, then overage cost = $0.049 * 10 = $0.49.
