We have a Free Plan that allows you to get started and explore our Platform before deciding on a subscription.

It’s the total number of unique users who watched either Recorded Shows or Shoppable Videos.

In the case of the Free Plan, when the Unique Views limit is reached, your videos won’t be played until the next billing cycle.

However, for Paid Plans, your videos will continue to play, and any extra views will be billed automatically in your current billing cycle, as detailed in our pricing information.

It is the maximum number of users watching the Live Show simultaneously.

For the Free Plan, when the Peak Concurrent Viewers limit for a Live Show is reached, your audience will no longer be able to join or view the Live Show.

However, with paid plans, your audience will still have access to join and watch the Live Show, and any additional Peak Concurrent Viewers will incur automatic overage charges as detailed in our pricing information.

Note: Our Starter & Pro Plans can efficiently handle traffic upto 10 times their "Free Peak Concurrent Viewers per Show", i.e., upto 500 & 1000 peak concurrent viewers respectively. If your Shopping Shows exceed this limit, you should upgrade to a suitable Custom Plan that will be designed according to your usage requirements.

If you're unsure about the expected "Peak Concurrent Viewers" for a Shopping Show, a useful benchmark based on our experience is 2-3% of the total subscribers from your marketing campaigns (such as Social Media followers, Newsletter subscribers, etc.).
