    • Yes, if you have a dump of chat conversations data of your platform, then they can be imported into your Channelize.io account by our Support Team. We also currently have plugins / modules for certain platforms for quick importing. Currently we support conversation import from CometChat, SocialEngine Messages and SocialEngine Chat & IM Plugin.
    • Can I request custom features not available in Channelize.io?

    • Yes, please contact us at info@channelize.io with your requirements.
    • How can I match Channelize.io interface color with my branding (website / app color)?

    • Channelize.io allows you to easily configure its interface according to your branding requirements. You can change the Channelize.io theme as per your choice from your Channelize.io account’s ‘Theme’ section. If you're using Channelize.io to provide messaging features in an existing web / mobile app, then it uses main app default color. If you’re using Channelize.io to create a stand-alone messaging / chat platform, then you can choose theme color from Channelize.io Dashboard.
    • Are future updates free?

    • Yes, all updates to Channelize.io are free if you have an active subscription. We provide 100% support if you face any kind of difficulty with our product and you will be notified for all major and minor updates.
    • Where does Channelize.io save all my platform’s conversations?

    • Channelize.io is a pure cloud platform. All the conversations on your platform will be saved on our secure server.
    • Will users need to create their account on Channelize.io separately?

    • It depends. If you’re using Channelize.io to create a stand-alone messaging / chat platform, then users will need to create their accounts on your platform. If you’re using Channelize.io to provide messaging features in an existing web / mobile app, then Single-Sign-On (SSO) implementation with the CMS / platform of the web / mobile app will allow users to access messaging directly, without separate sign up / login into Channelize.io interface.
    • Can I use Channelize.io with another language?

    • Absolutely! Channelize.io interface supports multiple languages. This can be achieved by uploading a language file for desired language.
    • Subscription

    • How long does my Channelize.io subscription last?

    • Your Channelize.io subscription will last for as long as you wish. You'll need to renew it every month for a fee of $39. If you have Web + Mobile Apps plan, then this fee will cost you $59 every month.
    • Do you offer an unlimited license?

    • Absolutely! To receive a custom quote, please contact us at info@channelize.io with as much information as possible about what you're trying to achieve.
    • Can I transfer a license to someone else?

    • No, a Channelize.io license is non-transferable. If you sell your website, the new owner will need to purchase a copy of Channelize.io
    • If I want to change my Channelize.io URL then do I need to purchase new license?

    • Yes, In that case you have to request us at info@channelize.io for cancellation of existing instance and create the new one.
    • Installation

    • How do I install Channelize.io?

    • You don’t need to install Channelize.io. We’ll do this for you.
    • How long does professional installation take?

    • Currently, professional installation takes anywhere from 3-4 business days after the fraud check is complete. In rare circumstances, it can take longer.
    • Upgrades & Enhancements

    • How can I stay updated about new upgrade release of Channelize.io?

    • We'll keep you updated about new releases by our regular Blog updates and Newsletters.
    • How can I request for Channelize.io’s Web & Mobile upgrades?

    • For Upgrades you need to reach us at info@channelize.io. Our support team will Upgrade your Web and Mobile Apps. We’ll not upgrade without your confirmation.

    • What types of issues does support cover?

    • Our support team will do initial Software installation, general questions related to the Channelize.io and technical errors encountered during the normal use of unmodified script. It will not cover customization of the script.
